Keanna and Bryson’s Eagle Mountain Venue wedding in Arlington, WA completely blew me away. Photographing their day was such a joy.. the laughter, the energy, and the love between their family and friends made every moment captured SO FUN. The Eagle Mountain Venue itself added even more magic with its breathtaking scenery and wide open views.
I first met Keanna and Bryson through mutual friends a few years ago, and I secretly hoped that one day they would get engaged—and that I’d be the one to capture their wedding. Little did I know it would totally exceed my expectations.
Okay! Now for your promised planning tips. That's really why you're here right?

Why an Eagle Mountain Venue Wedding Should Totally Be on Your Radar
Let's be honest.. The real reason we're all here is for either the insane hydrangeas, the gorgeous Arabians, or a combination of both. If you're a tried and true horse girl and are trying to have a Disney princess moment, this is your venue.
And let's not forget the views and gardens that pretty much make this place come pre-decorated. From those sweeping Cascade Mountain vistas to the apple orchards and comfortable amenities, this venue offers more than just beautiful landscapes. It has strong visuals from gardens to nature, so decor can complement rather than compete.
It's like getting all the best parts of a farm wedding without actually having to feel like you're at a typical farm venue. Horses, wide open skies for sunset, acres on acres of photo locations, you name it. Eagle Mountain's got it.
If your wedding takes place in summer, you'll barely need a floral budget because the place is absolutely teaming with hydrangeas.

What Makes Eagle Mountain Venue So Special
- The hydrangeas! We're all thinking it! Those white puffy flowers are stunning! But if you want them in your wedding photos, you'll have to book your date for a time they are in bloom. The good news is: hydrangeas have a large bloom window.
- The horses! Hello!? The flowers are beautiful, but let us not forget Eagle Mountain is an Arabian Farm.
- Multiple ceremony locations. Whether you prefer a garden surrounded by flowers, the classic lawn with mountain views, or inside the apple orchard, you have options.
- Covered reception & prep areas. The venue has a sizable covered deck for your reception (40×60 ft) and a separate covered concrete prep/serving area. Both areas are lit, practical, and beautiful.
- Getting ready in comfort. Two private suites (often called changing cabins) with air-conditioning and WiFi let you relax. They’re on opposite sides of the main venue so both halves of the wedding party have space.
- All the essentials included. Tables, chairs (up to ~200 guests), sweetheart & cake tables, restrooms (including accessible options), lighting, dance floor, and more come with your rental. That means fewer surprises and more budget left for what matters most.
