Lauren and Derek’s breathtaking Edgewater House Wedding in Ollala had us swooning! There are so many wonderful things about this Ollala wedding venue, and Melanie and I made it a point to capture the environment to the fullest. The bride and groom opted for a traditional first look where they would see one another for the first time as Lauren walked down aisle. I love that you can clearly see Derek’s emotions as he sees her for the first time in the photos. It was a powerful experience to witness their first look surrounded by all their beloved family and friends. Just look at that sun radiating through the trees behind Lauren! Surely there is nothing quite like that suspense as you wait for your bride to walk down the aisle. To have it take place in such a gorgeous scene must be an out of body experience.
