Fall Equinox Robinswood House Wedding
Mollie and Kasey’s Fall Equinox Robinswood House Wedding was the ideal way to kick off the spooky season. It was such an honor and a pleasure to document this wedding between these two high school friends of mine. Their ceremony and celebration took place after dark, which made it so unique! As we captured their portraits in the woods, we heard owls echoing through the forest. They also had some incredibly fitting props and design for the season. Kasey’s lantern made for an awesome “dude bouquet”, and Mollie’s autumn bouquet contained hops in honor of her father, a brewer. And did I mention Mollie sewed her Victorian style wedding dress entirely herself? Yes! She spent months custom designing and embroidering her gorgeous dress, and the detail was absolutely stunning.
Each year, I get extremely excited for the summer season to change into fall, making autumn weddings my favorite to capture. But in all my years, I have never quite had such the ideal “spooky season” wedding as Mollie and Kasey’s.
Robinswood House is a wedding venue located in Bellevue, WA. If you’re looking for the perfect, affordable outdoor wedding venue that can give you an enchanted forest vibe, I would highly recommend it. It is one of my favorite wedding venues in the greater Seattle area to date!
