There’s no more beautiful place to wrap up in a Pendleton blanket by the fire. We ended up clear on the other side of the lake than we expected to, but stumbling on this golden, autumn wonderland was totally worth it. I CANNOT believe how beautiful Snoqualmie Pass is in early November. Even in the rain, it’s a sight to be seen and I’m pretty much on pins and needles until I can come back to this spot again. I’ve never seen so much gold head to toe out in nature before (probably because I don’t get out during fall enough..) and just wow. How incredible is this hidden gem!
Jake also taught me how to start a fire in the rain when all you have is nothing but wet sticks. I love that I occasionally get the opportunity to learn awesome life protips from my clients. And when they bring cute dogs to their sessions! Dogs and playing with fire.. Two of the best things about this job, obviously.
