Wedding Photographer Meetup in Sedona
A little over two years ago, I joined a Reddit community for wedding photography. I never would have guessed that doing so would have brought me together with so many wonderful friends who were just as passionate about my niche hobby. I think it’s important to have people in your life who you can relate to on such a deep level and feel that strong sense of belonging. Thanks to them, I have grown so much as a photographer and person. It was such an honor to shoot by their side, learn from them, and create all these beautiful images together. I really can’t wait until our next adventure.
We got work with some awesome couples and collaborate with some amazing vendors. Our trip consisted of two styled wedding sessions in some of the most breathtaking locations I have ever been in by far. A small handful of us also took a sunrise adventure to Devil’s Bridge itself, which was absolutely out of this world. You can view the full styled sessions here:
When I travel, I prefer to do so in groups and often visit major cities. I had never been to Arizona before, and Sedona was not my typical travel destination. I wasn’t quite sure what I was getting myself into, and I certainly didn’t expect I would do any soul-searching while I was down there. For years, I have been struggling to find an identity with my work that I could call my own, and I think I finally found it in Sedona.
